Some Newer Stuff

Well, “newer” is figurative. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’ve had a few of these names on my lists before, I’m just liking them anew. Since I had so much down time, I worked on combos and came up with a handful that I really like. This is what I do with much of my free time (at least, in my head):

ย

Romilly Allegra Violet
Penelope Violet Jane
India Ottilie Violet
Peregrin Henry Arthur
August James Tiberius
Matilda Esme Violet
Amos Willem Rafferty
Lucius George Pascal
Eulalie Saffron Jane

ย

Romilly is back again, still searching for the perfect middles for India, Eulalie stays on the list despite Elisabeth having a brand new oneย while Matilda’s firmly on the list now and I’m still searching for the perfect middles for Penelope. Lucius never left, I’m still perfecting him and Amos is slowly replacing Clancy in my head.ย ย  Not entirely, but starting to. So here’s a related question for you folks:
Clancy or Amos, which do you like better (or which would you rather see on a real kid)?

ย

So there they are, anything strike you as keepable?ย  I’d love to hear what you folks think!ย  As always, thanks a million for stopping by. And, I’m back!ย  ๐Ÿ˜€

Ah, Lola’s lovely lists are back! I like all of your girl combos, but Matilda Esme Violet wins for me – maybe because Josie and Tillie/Tilly just seem like a perfect pair of sisters.

I think Willem Rafferty is my favorite middle set for boys, but I can’t make up my mind about a first name. Would you call Lucius Luke/Luc?

Funny, When I was pregnant with Josie, I played a game where there were twins, Josie & Tillie, so I definitely agree with you, as far as nicknames go, Josie & Tillie are perfect sisters! Lucius would be Luc, generally or possibly even Lou, since I’m so verbally lazy. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Willem Rafferty is fabulous, isn’t it? I love the way it rolls off my tongue, but Amos is one I’m still trying to sell to him, He just makes jokes.
๐Ÿ˜ฆ I will have to find another first name, off to dig! ๐Ÿ˜€

India Ottilie is to die for! Love the rhythm, and it works as Ottilie India as well. I could take or leave Violet here.

    India Ottilie Jane
    India Ottilie Fleur
    India Ottilie Esme
    India Ottilie Trilby

Didn’t you have Eulalie Saffron Loveday at one time? I prefer that, or Eulalie ______ Jane, or even Eulalie Jane _______. Of course you should keep Eulalie on your list!

I could too, Elisabeth but Violet’s definitely a priority for honoring this time around, along with Frances. Trilby makes me giggle, it’s a hat to my mind first thing! I’ll run your thoughts by him, though; I never know what’s going to grab him next!

I did indeed have Eulalie Saffron Loveday at one point. She retired because there’s really nothing there that’s solid for a shy gal. I still have it on a backup list, but was looking for something a touch more grounded. Thanks for the nod, I was wondering if you’d be defensive or embracing. Now I know! It is a gorgeous name! ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks Sebastiane, I absolutely adore Romilly but am working on selling her. Josephine & Romilly are a tiny bit mismatched to his eyes. Thank you, I am loving Romilly Allegra and Violet honors, so I think she’s just perfect there as well. ๐Ÿ™‚

Wanna know a secret? Penelope Violet is my top combo if we have a little girl.

And I know what you mean about searching for middle names, my #2 – Wilhelmina is frustrating the hell out of me in that depart ment! Is it so hard to find something pretty and gentle that wont sound overly pretentious or rare that we both agree on!?!

So I think Penelope Violet Jane ROCKS!

I’ll second that “ROCKS!” Sarah. I’ve really been groovin’ Penelope lately. It’s heading into a tie, Penelope, Araminta & Elspeth are the three I’ve been obsessed with most lately!

If you do end up with a Penelope Violet, I would be so jazzed!

I’ve been toying with Wilhelmina for years and I’ve been trying to find the perfect middles for her forever too! Maybe some of my attempts would appeal to you, search for Wilhelmina here. ๐Ÿ˜€
